Privacy Policy
About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SHE'S NOT CRAZY LIMITED, trading as She’s Not Crazy (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit https://shesnotcrazy.co.uk, create an account, buy or access our digital products, join our email list or otherwise get in touch with us (together, our “Services”).
She’s Not Crazy provides digital relationship education and digital products, including written guides, videos, courses and printable resources. We are responsible for deciding how your personal information is used, and our contact details are at the end of this page.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect personal information that you give us when you create an account, buy a product, ask for something from us (such as the free Cycle Chart), contact us or otherwise use our Services. This may include:
- your name;
- your email address;
- account and login information;
- billing and contact information you provide when you make a purchase;
- purchase and transaction information, such as what you bought, when, and for how much;
- messages, feedback and support requests you send us; and
- your marketing and email preferences.
Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- your IP address;
- browser and device information, such as browser type, operating system, device type and language settings;
- site usage and technical or log data, such as pages viewed, dates and times of visits, referring pages and error reports;
- your approximate location, such as your country or region, inferred from your IP address; and
- cookie and similar-technology data (see our Cookie Notice).
Payment information. Payments are processed securely by the third-party payment provider made available at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details. We receive confirmation of your purchase and limited transaction information so that we can deliver your product and keep our records.
Sensitive information. We do not ask you for sensitive (special category) personal information, such as information about your health, ethnic origin, religion or sexual orientation, and we do not need it to provide our Services. Please do not include it in messages to us.
Information from other sources. The platform we use to run our website and the payment provider supply us with information about your account activity and purchases. We do not otherwise collect personal information about you from third parties.
Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- create and maintain your account;
- deliver the digital products you buy and give you access to them;
- process your purchases and keep records of them;
- provide support and respond to your questions and requests;
- send you administrative and service communications, such as receipts, access details and changes to our terms or policies;
- deliver the free Cycle Chart if you request it;
- send you marketing emails where you have given your consent;
- measure and improve our website, products and content; and
- keep our Services secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Our legal bases for using your information
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases, depending on the situation:
- Consent – for example, to send you marketing emails and to use cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract – to create and manage your account, deliver the products you buy, process your purchase and provide related support.
- Legitimate interests – to run, secure and improve our Services, prevent fraud and misuse, respond to enquiries and understand how our Services are used, where these interests are not outweighed by your rights and interests.
- Legal obligations – to keep records required by tax and accounting law and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
4. The free Cycle Chart and our emails
If you request the free Cycle Chart, we use your name and email address to send you a confirmation email and to deliver the chart. We ask you to confirm your email address. By confirming, you receive the Cycle Chart and subscribe to She’s Not Crazy emails, which may include relationship insights, practical tips and information about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will still send you administrative and service messages that you need, such as receipts and access information.
5. Who we share your information with
We share personal information only with organisations that help us run She’s Not Crazy, and only as needed for the purposes in this policy. These include providers of:
- website hosting, account management, digital-product delivery, forms and email, including Kajabi;
- payment processing, using the third-party payment provider made available at checkout;
- cookie and consent management;
- analytics and marketing tools, where enabled; and
- file storage and cloud services, where necessary.
These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us, or as otherwise permitted by law, and we expect them to protect it. We may also share information with professional advisers, with authorities where the law requires us to, and in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Notice explains what they are, the types we may use and how you can manage them.
7. International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK (or the European Economic Area, where applicable), appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable data-protection law.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or permits us to keep it for longer.
- Account and purchase information is kept while you have an account, and afterwards for as long as we need it for our records and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Support messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it. If that is not immediately possible (for example, because it is held in a backup), we store it securely and keep it separate from any further use until deletion is possible.
9. Keeping your information safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please choose a strong password and keep it confidential.
10. Children
Our Services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances;
- object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests;
- ask for the information you gave us in a portable format, where this applies; and
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before you withdrew it.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can review or update your account details in your account settings, or by contacting us.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to check your identity before we act on a request, and we aim to respond within one month. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law, and you can contact us in the same way.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint) or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data-protection authority.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make important changes, we will tell you in a suitable way, such as by email or a notice on our website.

Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://shesnotcrazy.co.uk and the digital products and related services provided by SHE'S NOT CRAZY LIMITED, trading as She’s Not Crazy (“we”, “us”, “our”), together our “Services”. She’s Not Crazy provides digital relationship education and digital products, including written guides, videos, courses and printable resources.
By using our Services, creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top, and the Terms in force when you buy a product apply to that purchase.
2. Who can use our Services
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use our Services or buy our products.
3. Your account
To access purchased products you will need an account. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are breached.
4. Digital products and access
Our products are digital and are delivered online, for example as courses, videos, written guides and printable resources, which you access through your account. You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.
We aim to keep purchased products available to you, but we do not promise access for any particular period unless this is stated when you buy. We may update, improve or change products and the way they are delivered.
5. Intellectual property and personal use
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in our Services, including the text, videos, audio, guides, downloads, designs, graphics, logos and other content. These rights are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
When you buy or are given access to a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and to download or print copies for that use. You must not copy, share, resell, publish, distribute, adapt or otherwise use our content for any commercial purpose, or let other people use your account, without our written permission. To ask for permission, email [email protected].
6. Purchases and payments
Our products are sold as one-time purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by the third-party payment provider made available at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details. Where tax is required to be added, it will be shown at checkout.
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may change our products and prices at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase you have already completed. If we discover a pricing or description error, we may correct it and contact you before completing your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, unauthorised or placed in error, and we will refund any amount you have paid for an order we cancel.
7. Cancellation, refunds and digital content
Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason.
Digital content. Digital content is treated differently. Where we supply digital content immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to the supply beginning during the 14-day cancellation period, and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once the supply has begun.
Your other rights. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not otherwise comply with applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a remedy, such as a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. If you live outside the UK, mandatory consumer rights in your country may also apply.
Questions and refund requests. If you have a question about a purchase or want to ask for a refund, email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
8. Educational and health information
Our content is provided for relationship education and general informational purposes. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or other professional healthcare advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any medical or mental-health condition. Please seek appropriately qualified professional support for individual medical, mental-health or relationship concerns where you need it.
9. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
- share your account or access, or give others access to content you have purchased;
- copy, resell, publish or commercially exploit our content;
- use automated tools to access, scrape or collect data or content from our Services;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass the security or access controls of our Services;
- upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code;
- impersonate another person, or provide false or misleading information; or
- use our Services to harass, abuse or harm anyone.
10. Third-party websites and services
Our Services may contain links to, or rely on, websites and services provided by other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. If you use them, their own terms and policies apply.
11. Privacy and cookies
Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information and forms part of these Terms, and our Cookie Notice, which explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.
12. Availability and changes to our Services
We try to keep our Services available, but we cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to carry out maintenance, or to change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services, and we will not be responsible for the resulting inconvenience except where the law says we must be.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, we provide our Services and content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We take care in preparing our content but do not promise that it is complete, current or suitable for your individual circumstances. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of our Services, and our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
15. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under applicable law to bring proceedings in your local courts.
16. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Commission provides information on consumer redress, including a list of dispute-resolution bodies by country.
17. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. You agree that notices and other communications from us may be given electronically, for example by email or on our website. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another business, and you may not transfer yours without our written agreement.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in comparable ways. They are used to make websites work, to remember your choices, to understand how a site is used and, in some cases, to show relevant advertising.

- Strictly necessary cookies are needed for our website to work and stay secure, for example to keep you logged in to your account, to process a purchase or to remember your cookie choices. They do not need your consent.
- Preferences and functionality cookies remember choices you make, such as your language or settings, to give you a more personal experience.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, so that we can measure and improve it.
- Marketing and advertising cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing and to show you more relevant content or advertising.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services that we use, such as our website platform, payment, analytics or marketing providers. These third parties control how their cookies work, and their own privacy policies apply to them.
Consent
We use cookies that are not strictly necessary only where the applicable consent requirements are met. We use CookieScript to manage your cookie choices. You can accept or decline optional cookie categories and change your choices through the cookie settings tool.
Managing cookies
You can manage cookies through the cookie settings tool, and through your browser settings, where you can usually delete cookies and choose to block them. Please note that if you block or delete some cookies, parts of our website may not work as intended, for example, you may not be able to stay logged in.
